Lost power to half of the house. Had a bedroom light fixture in ceiling hanging loose from ceiling and wires loose. Did not want to try to put back. Old house and unmarked wires. Called several electricians and they all were closed so I called Austin and he was on his way some where else and he stopped in and fixed the problem. So nice and not too bad price either. Austin Smith has been our preferred electrician for years. He's knowledgeable and a master at what he does. We've used him for both basic electrician services like replacing outlets and fixtures, to more complicated jobs like upgrading and replacing our inside and outside electrical panels and boxes. As an example of his nature, he refastened a garage opener light-cover I'd left dangling and unsecured - and never mentioned the good deed. Because of our good experiences with Austin, we felt confident referring him to several friends and neighbors, who now use his services.

Austin was a pleasure to work with. He came first to work on driveway lights; later he returned to replace and add a number of fluorescent fixtures in my studio. He is so very knowledgeable, sent a written quote, was timely, super efficient, got the project done in much less time than I thought it would take, cleaned up, and had time to check my baseboard heaters and solve the funky wiring situation that kept them from working. Best of all, he's so darned nice! He's the electrician we will always call on for any future needs.
